EPNS is looking for an Experienced Technology Lead

Ethereum Push Notification Service is building the first ever decentralized communication (notification) protocol that enables dApps, smart contracts and even traditional services to send notifications to wallet addresses (web3 users).

The EPNS Journey

We have had an awesome journey! Ideation and loads of research were taken to the Ethereum Foundation -> EthGlobal HackMoney 2020 where we built the POC -> selected for IDEO PVD -> selected for Gitcoin Kernel fellowship and came out as a top 20 project! -> entered Gitcoin Grants Round 7 (top 5 project / 210+ contributors) which led us to raise our seed ($1.41M).

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead to provide sound leadership to our dynamic team of engineers and play a pivotal role in building and leading EPNS protocol and product delivery from ideation to launch, ensuring high quality.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about decentralized applications, open source software and DeFi
• Passionate builder
• An experienced DeFi and cryptocurrency user
• Has strong ownership of the task working in an agile environment
• Contributes towards building a great team culture
• Previous experience in innovating a product

Technical requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in leading an engineering team as Team Lead or CTO
• A Full-Stack Engineer with hands on experience
• Strong technical leadership background, ability to inspire and manage development team
• Working hands-on with the development team helping identify and remove bottlenecks, ship high quality code
• Passionate about brainstorming on protocol, product and engineering practices
• Build a team of awesome developers - conduct interviews and hiring

Big plus:

• Work with EPNS partners to drive ecosystem development and integrations
• Present their technical thought leadership on different forums
