Role:

As a Blockchain Developer with expertise in Solidity, you will play a pivotal role within our team. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around designing, developing, testing, deploying, and auditing our ever-expanding array of applications and programs. Working closely with the Head of Technology, you will wield significant influence in establishing best practices and code structures for multiple crypto-based startups. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to refine your development skills while exploring micro-projects and proof of concepts.

Our initial projects encompass a diverse range of endeavors, including asset tokenization, decentralized finance and banking, chain analysis, and crypto wallet solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and testing Solidity smart contracts
• Analyzing and debugging Solidity smart contracts -Facilitating the integration of smart contracts with traditional web2 applications and services
• Debugging and co-developing existing smart contracts and applications
• Deploying smart contracts to private and public blockchains
• Preparing comprehensive documentation for the smart contracts
• Remaining informed about the latest developments in crypto and blockchain technology
• Exploring and implementing best practices within new and existing code
• Working with third party smart contract auditors
• Contributing to open-source projects, online development communities, and the wider crypto community

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and a background in software development
• Proficiency in Solidity software development is essential
• Familiarity with Remix, Truffle, or Hardhat frameworks
• Knowledge of both Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain solutions
• A passion for blockchain technology, demonstrated by active engagement with the Ethereum and DeFi space
• Understanding of day-to-day cloud services and tools
• A strong motivation to join a remote startup working environment, with the dedication to commit full-time to EmergentX projects
