Your Impact

⚡ Blockchain Protocol Development

• 5+ years of experience designing and optimizing high-performance blockchain infrastructure on Cosmos SDK.
• 3+ years developing and deploying CosmWasm smart contracts for DeFi applications.
• Architect and maintain on-chain order execution, staking, and liquidity aggregation mechanisms.
• Enhance cross-chain interoperability through IBC integrations and custom relayers.

🔗 Blockchain Security & Optimization

• 3+ years working with security-first blockchain practices, including gas efficiency optimization, mempool processing, and transaction finality.
• Monitor network health, validator performance, and chain upgrades to ensure stability.
• Implement MEV mitigation strategies, front-running protections, and advanced transaction handling.

🚀 Leadership & Adaptability

• 5+ years of leadership or senior engineering experience, guiding teams in blockchain development.
• Mentor and review the work of junior and mid-level blockchain engineers.
• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, product teams, and ecosystem partners.
• Thrive in ambiguity—some days require methodical planning, others demand quick decision-making in uncharted territory.

🛠️ Must-Have Skills (Senior-Level Experience)

• 5+ years in blockchain development, with deep expertise in Cosmos SDK and Tendermint.
• 3+ years of smart contract development, specializing in CosmWasm and Rust.
• 3+ years working with staking modules, IBC transactions, and cross-chain communication.
• 5+ years of experience in DeFi mechanics, including AMMs, lending, staking, liquidity provisioning, and governance.
• 3+ years working on network security, cryptographic principles, and consensus mechanisms.
• Proven ability to scale blockchain networks and optimize transaction throughput.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Golang, WASM optimizations, and validator infrastructure.
• Contributions to open-source Cosmos SDK, Tendermint, or CosmWasm projects.
• Founder-style ownership mindset—you don’t wait for permission to solve problems.
