Senior Fullstack Engineer (Contract)

As a Fullstack Engineer at DeForm, you’ll play a key role in crafting and constructing the dynamic bridge that propels companies towards scaled engagement with their audiences, shortening their journey to achieving product-market fit. Be at the forefront of innovation and redefine how web3 businesses connect and thrive in the digital landscape. You’ll craft experiences that:

• facilitate foundational information exchange between consumers and businesses
• verify blockchain information with a given onchain identity
• accelerate customer information processing with the use of AI
• enable anyone to distribute crypto-native assets without technical know-how

…all wrapped in a beautifully designed and intuitive interface. Our goal is to make the next generation marketing and community management experiences accessible to even the least tech-savvy.

We’ve been getting so many feature and product extension requests that we just can’t keep up! We are looking for a part-time fullstack engineer that can help accelerate our engineering team.

• Scalable infrastructure for virtual waiting rooms
• Viral waitlist gamification protocols
• Autogenerate a form with AI / GPT
• Minting NFTs and/or tokens after a form response
• Onchain workflows & automations - the first-ever IFTTT tool with native onchain actions
• Integrations with many other SaaS tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Sendgrid, etc)
• In-app native table experience with onchain data analytics (imagine Airtable but you can easily add columns that pull onchain data)
• In-app user & customer directory (web3 CRM)
• SOC2 & GDPR compliance for our enterprise users

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Next.js) and API-based backends (e.g., REST, GQL).
• Enjoys shipping products/features end to end and able to prototype and iterate quickly around sophisticated user workflows
• Strong technical communication skills and able to distill complex information to non-technical audiences
• Timezone: US +/- 3 hours
• Number of hours: at least 20 hours a week, 40 hours preferred
• Engagement period: not predetermined

A significant challenge that marketers face is efficiently managing and validating wallet addresses while collecting essential information such as feedback, shipping addresses, and social media accounts. Currently, the process involves sending out traditional forms and surveys, followed by the involvement of developers to extract, filter through fake submissions and bot entries, validate data from the blockchain, and finally, use a bespoke solution to distribute rewards. This cumbersome process is time-consuming, resource-intensive, and restricts the speed and scale of marketing campaigns. We’re here to change that with DeForm.
