Role summary

We are seeking a visionary Product Lead who will also have the opportunity to join our project. This role is critical to our mission, requiring a blend of technical prowess, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive the development and execution of our platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about blockchain technology, DeFi, and has a proven track record of delivering innovative and secure token projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision and development of the platform, ensuring alignment with our mission and business goals.
• Architect and oversee the implementation of the platform’s blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and integration with other DeFi protocols.
• Ensure the platform’s security, scalability, and performance through best practices in blockchain development and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define product strategy, roadmaps, and milestones.
• Stay abreast of the latest blockchain technologies and DeFi trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the technical team to support the platform’s growth.
• Engage with the blockchain and DeFi communities to foster partnerships, attract users, and gain insights into evolving market needs.
• Work closely with legal and compliance advisors to navigate the regulatory landscape of DeFi and blockchain technology.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge and at least 5 years of experience in blockchain technology, smart contract development, and Ethereum/Arbitrum or Solana.
• Proven track record of architecting and deploying successful blockchain or token projects, with a preference for experience in DeFi or trading platforms.
• Expertise in Solidity, smart contract security, and the development of decentralized applications (dApps).
• Experience with blockchain protocols, cryptographic libraries, and Ethereum development tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js, Ether.js).
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development technologies for full-stack oversight.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a technical team.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment and to take on a co-founder role with equity stake considerations.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
