Crystl is a decentralized protocol dedicated to bringing yield aggregation to the interest-bearing tokens economy. CRYSTL currently presides over the Polygon and Cronos network.

About this role

We are looking for a motivated solidity developer with development experience and knowledge about DeFi as well as EVM chains.

You will help us enhance Crystl Finance by building new product features to help Crystl Finance enter the DeFi 2.0 ecosystem as well as improve existing yield aggregation offerings. You also will be working with a variety of different EVM compatible networks to help Crystl Finance scale effectively.

Most importantly, you will contribute to a cutting edge area of DeFi technology.

As a Smart Contract Developer, you will handle activities such as:

• Build new Crystl Finance strategies and smart contracts on top of the protocol
• Enhance yield aggregator strategies
• Develop novel DeFi 2.0 protocol owned liquidity code
• Work with the following tools: Remix, Ganache, Truffle, Hardhat, VSCode, NodeJS, Javascript, Typescript, and Ethers
• Deploy and test contracts
• Internally collaborate with a team of developers and stakeholders
• Provide technical feedback on internal discussions and new technologies
• We are looking for someone with
• Solidity and smart contract development experience
• Experience with deploying smart contracts on EVM compatible chains
• Skilled in testing smart contracts and related infrastructure
• Technical and practical understanding of DeFi
• Transparent communication skills in a remote working environment
• That can contribute effectively as part of a lean, fast moving team
• Open Source software development experience with expert Git and Github skills
• Deep understanding of software documentation procedures
• Preference for Test Driven Development (TDD) and highly testable code
