We’re hiring a Product Owner to drive the roadmap and delivery of our Oracle products. You’ll work closely with business development, financial product analysts, engineering, and external stakeholders to turn requirements into clear product backlog items and ensure smooth execution from idea to production.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for DeFi and Verified Asset Oracle (VAO) products.
• Translate requirements from the Financial Product Analyst and BD into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and enforce the Definition of Done (DoD) for oracle deployments, dashboards, and integrations.
• Work closely with engineering leads to ensure feasibility, technical quality, and delivery alignment.
• Collaborate with BD and partners to align roadmap priorities with client needs.
• Approve releases, sign off on product acceptance, and communicate outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain transparency of product roadmap, release plans, and metrics across the organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools that support product delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, ideally in fintech, Web3, or blockchain infrastructure.
• Proven track record of guiding product delivery using backlog management and lightweight Agile practices (Kanban/Shortcut)..
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, validator networks, DeFi protocols, or RWA platforms.
• Strong communication skills, able to bridge business and engineering with clarity.
• Experience writing acceptance criteria, enforcing DoD, and leading release readiness.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, comfortable handling multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus.
