The Role
We are looking for an experienced smart contract engineer (solidity) to help us build the next-generation Automated Asset Market protocol. You will be responsible for implementing and designing smart contracts along with our Engineering team. Work along with the best minds in the DeFi and cross-chain domain.
Responsibilities
- Write highly efficient smart contracts that will manage billions of dollars assets algorithmically.
- Best security practices on Ethereum smart contract executions to efficiently process and store on-chain information
- Work with technical specification design, and implementation Blockswap products
- Create deployment scripts to enable tests, protocol configuration presets, and production deployments
- Implement design periphery contracts for StakeHouse protocol
- Design and implement peripheral mechanisms to the StakeHouse Brand Central contracts.
- Write Solidity & Rust that allow users to interact directly with cross-chain smart contracts
- Build smart contracts using Test Driven Development methodologies, include code reviews, acceptance testing, bug fixing, and general support
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working as a full-time developer and recent 1yr DeFi experience a must.
- Prior experience deploying complex smart contract systems to the Ethereum mainnet is essential.
- You write secure, efficient, high-quality code and have a good understanding of CS fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of gas optimization the tradeoff between efficient code and readable code.
- Worked with Truffle, Brownie, and Hardhat, and contract libraries, such as Dappsys and OpenZeppelin.
- Experience in submitting smart contract codebases for third-party audits, with extensive comments and NatSpec documentation
- A deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, common vulnerabilities, and the EVM
- Native-level fluency in English
Bonus
- Familiarity with the rollups (ZK & Optimistic)
- An understanding of how frontends utilize smart contract data
- Experience writing smart contracts in (Rust, Vyper, etc.)
- Degree in math or computer science
- Experience implementing complex math in Solidity
- Experience with financial systems or built high reliability or security systems.
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Kanban, CI/CD, TDD, Paired Programming)
