Head of Engineering

As Head of Engineering, you will drive the development and maintenance of Aurigami’s products, from the smart contract level to the frontend level. Currently, we have 3 sub-teams in the engineering team:

• Smart contract team
• Infrastructure team, who is responsible for the SDK, the liquidation bots, and the monitoring system
• Frontend team

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the product team to design and execute our roadmap
• Come up with the specifications for how our features/systems should work
• Hire and manage a world-class Web3 engineering team
• Actively assess potential risks that could disrupt or harm our protocol/systems
• Liaise with external parties regarding tech-related matters

Requirements

• Extensive experience with DeFi
• Strong technical experience, preferably for smart contracts or blockchain infrastructure
• Experience leading a tech team
• Solid understanding of the mechanics of money markets, oracles, and liquidation bots
