Overview

We’re seeking a talented Founding Quantitative Developer to join our Hong Kong team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in building and refining tools for cryptocurrency trading and blockchain integration. You’ll develop algorithms, integrate with decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms, and optimize systems for performance. Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy trading algorithms to seize opportunities in cryptocurrency markets, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Integrate trading systems with DeFi protocols, developing secure smart contracts to enable automated strategies.
• Optimize low-latency infrastructure to support high-frequency trading in volatile market conditions. Monitor and enhance existing tools, proactively identifying areas for improvement to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with team members to design robust solutions, sharing insights to drive innovation. Keep pace with blockchain advancements, ensuring our systems align with evolving DeFi standards and protocols.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Economics from a reputable institution.

Work Experience:

• 2-5 years in a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python (required) and C++ or similar languages (preferred) in Linux-based environments.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, and writing efficient, well-documented code. Knowledge of Solidity for smart contract development and familiarity with blockchain concepts (e.g., web3, decentralized networks).
• Comfort with APIs (e.g., REST, WebSocket) and cryptographic techniques for secure integrations. Blockchain & DeFi:
• Understanding of DeFi ecosystems, including protocols like Uniswap, Aave, or similar platforms. Ability to develop and audit smart contracts for reliability and security.
