Senior Front-End Engineer

Aelin is a permissionless multi-chain protocol for capital raises and OTC deals.

Protocols use Aelin to raise capital for their projects. Investors use Aelin to find early-stage protocols and OTC deals they never would’ve had access to. Capital raises are still centralized, but Aelin aims to decentralize the last pillar of DeFi.

The ideal candidate has had extensive experience developing responsive web applications across mobile, tablet, and standard devices using React. The role requires implementing new features and products into the Aelin dApps ecosystem, and interacting with the protocol’s smart contracts using web3/ethers.js. The ability to write elegant, reusable and understandable code that meets project requirements and standards is a must.

Candidate Has:

• Strong knowledge of front-end stack: TypeScript, React, CSS/HTML
• Solid demonstrable work (on GitHub or otherwise)
• Used Major DeFi Applications and can demonstrate an understanding of how they work
• Knowledge of Ethereum blockchain
• Experience with Web3/Ethers.js
• Experience optimizing front-end performance
• Comfortable working remotely and managing their own office environment
• Flexible with availability to accommodate the fast-paced nature of the cryptocurrency market and open to occasional travel for events
