We are a group of experienced technologists and financial market participants based out of the US and Europe. Our backgrounds include pioneering research work at CERN Laboratory, systematic trading, managing large private equity funds and managing client-facing businesses focused on institutional investors.

The Company

We are currently in stealth mode, so forgive our lack of details! In summary, we believe we can a business that will attract large institutional investors into the crypto sandbox, that will make it an easy and safe place for them to trade and provide liquidity in real size!

The Position

We are seeking to build a SWAT team of talented engineers and developers with programming experience in Rust or Solidity (or both!!) who can play a leading role in building what should be the biggest DEX by volume in crypto.

Responsibilities & Objectives may include

• UX/UI development, specifically with institutional capital in mind
• Fine tuning and programming the AMM models
• Ensuring the integrity and security of code
• Ensuring that any outsourced developer work meets quality and security standards
• Keeping up with changing market dynamics and innovation, researching new DeFi protocols to test for possible new opportunities and strategies, and identify possible weaknesses

Prior Experience:

We are looking to hire at various levels. We welcome anyone with programming experience in Solidity. We are a remote and global company, we welcome applicants from any country in the world!

Some other things we would love to see from experienced candidates:

• Experience with market-making strategies in either traditional finance or digital assets
• Experience of creating technical solutions for DeFi products within crypto
• An understanding of different financial products, such as hedging strategies and trade liquidity
• Strong academic and technical qualifications
