Design Lead

Zapper is a dashboard for Decentralized Finance (DeFi). Our mission is to make DeFi accessible and easy to understand.

It is an exciting time to be a part of Zapper. Our platform has 200,000 active monthly users and we recently exceeded $5.5 billion in total transaction volume. In May, we announced our $15 million Series A, and we are growing our team to accelerate a number of ambitious projects.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to advance Zapper’s mission by building and optimizing flawless interfaces that will enable a seamless user experience. You will work cross-functionally with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to improve our platform. At Zapper, we are looking for mavericks.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 3-5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, or demonstrate a similar skill level.
• Integrate consideration of design into each product development cycle.
• Possess the ability to communicate swiftly and effectively to leverage our team members’ talents and deliver products.
• Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to interpret & mobilize user feedback.
• Be experienced in UX research and collaborative design tools like Figma, Framer, Sketch, etc.
• Continuously improve upon the status quo at Zapper, whether that is design frameworks, processes, DesignOps, etc.
• Iterate designs to advance new products end-to-end.

The following are “nice-to-haves” that will set a candidate apart:

• Experience with React, React-Native, Redux, and/or NodeJS.
• A working knowledge of DeFi, Ethereum, and Web3.
• A demonstrated interest in cryptocurrencies.
