Product Designer

Hello and welcome!

As a Product Designer at TrustSwap, you will join the Design Team in building interfaces for an ever-growing repertoire of blockchain-based services that interact with the TrustSwap protocol and it’s partners. You’ll work cross-functionally and deliver a well-crafted execution in conjunction with sound strategic insight.

The emphasis of this position is proficiency for mobile application UI/UX design, but extends to web.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely and align with the Creative director as well as internal and external designers to execute the company’s vision by creating beautiful and intuitive interfaces following industry standards and best practices
• Engage in rapid prototyping providing quick turnarounds for often time-sensitive deliveries
• Work within, improve, and maintain a global design system for smooth and orderly design delivery to engineering
• Conduct UX research and provide reports on potential improvements to existing TrustSwap interfaces
• Work with Wordpress builders to set up landing pages
• Be responsible for owning your deliverables and ensuring they continue to meet the TrustSwap standard of execution
• Enthusiastically collaborate with a growing team, owning and planning projects for long-term impact
• Cultivate a passion for your craft and commit to aiming for perfection

What You Bring to the Team:

• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience
• BA or BS degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, using components and auto-layouts
• Extensive experience designing consumer-facing experiences for mobile applications
• Extensive experience designing consumer-facing experiences for web
• Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with product, operations and engineering teams
• Ability to prioritize, manage and effectively communicate across multiple, often time-sensitive initiatives
• Interest in Crypto or Financial Products
• You are a user of DeFi products

A plus to have:

• Wordpress experience (wp bakery, elementor, etc)
• Experience with front end programming
• Experience with animation software
