Our Needs:

We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a top-notch UI/UX product designer to join the team. This person will help us improve the user flows for different user personas through designing an intuitive user interface supported by a smooth underlying user experience. What you will do:

• Own the UI and UX of our Web Application, meaning that you will directly contribute to our product strategy
• Work with Product Management team to redesign the user flow and user interface of our Web Application
• Collaborate with Product Management team and Marketing team to rebrand Taker Homepage to attract users and partners
• Conduct ongoing UX research to identify user pain points and generate ideas for product improvements
• Create and iterate on prototypes and high fidelity mockups
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product Management to deliver high quality of products

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of professional Product Design experience in the tech industry, with 1+ years in crypto/web3
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools
• Able to independently drive end to end UI and UX design
• Experience designing consumer-facing products for web and mobile
• Experience conducting in-depth User Research
• Excellent in UI/UX thinking, visual design, and written communications
