The role you’re applying for

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our developer-centric and end-user-facing products. Working closely with the product team, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and engaging interfaces for blockchain products. You will contribute to the overall product strategy, ensuring seamless user interactions across our ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing user-centric and developer-friendly interfaces for Web3 applications, ensuring seamless user flows.
• Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI components using Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Developing and maintaining a design system for consistency across products.
• Conducting user research, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs to improve usability.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, researchers and engineers to bring designs to life.
• Ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability across devices.
• Staying updated with Web3 UX trends, blockchain usability challenges, and best practices.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in Web3, fintech, or developer tools.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
• Experience designing developer-focused platforms or consumer-facing blockchain products.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in Web3 UX.
• Ability to translate complex blockchain concepts into simple and intuitive interfaces.
• Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with frontend development concepts (HTML, CSS, React is a plus).
• Passion for Web3, decentralized applications, and blockchain technology.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
