With the launch of our first lending pool we are now in need of a dedicated UI/UX SME to define and lead our design function. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product, the Frontend development team, Maple’s Senior leadership, Founders and the most important stakeholder, Maples Users. All to do your part in producing the best DeFi Protocol in existence.

You’ll be joining a world class, collaborative team to be the lead on all UI/UX design tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the UI/UX function at Maple
• Create and support UI/UX requirements
• Create user journey flows
• Create high-fidelity prototypes/wireframes
• Conduct user testing with studies, prototypes, gathering insights, and modify designs
• Work with Product and Front End Team to realise the vision
• Present your progress to stakeholders throughout the design process

Requirements

• Power user with Figma design tool
• Expert in high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
• Well versed in user testing with prototypes
• Personal interest in cryptocurrency/DeFi/NFTs

Really nice if you have it

• Previous work history at a Crypto/DeFi/Dex/CeFi/Trading organisation
