About this role

We’re hiring a Head of Product Design with a proven track record of designing & owning high-growth web apps.

You’ll work directly with the founder as the right-hand man for product design decisions of our upcoming DeFi web-app. You’ll also contribute to our general design system & aesthetic.

The ideal candidate is crypto native, has a deep understanding of the needs / painpoints of defi users, and can help implement a data-driven framework to approach product design decisions.

Requirements:

• Previously designed or managed a high-growth product
• 4+ years experience of product design
• 2+ years experience of product management
• Expert designer; skilled in both product design & general design
• Strong data-driven approach to measure UX success
• Strong in UI component design & animations
• Good understanding of DeFi as a native onchain user yourself

Not required, but a strong bonus:

• *Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• *Interest in or past experience working on AI products
