About this role

We’re hiring a Head of Product Design with a proven track record of designing & owning high-growth web products. The ideal candidate is crypto native, is a master of UX/UI design, obsesses over small details, and uses a data-driven or systematic framework for approaching product design.

This role is perfect for ambitious designers looking for a challenge beyond the stereo-typical product design work; one of your primary objectives will be using design to help bring our AI agents to life, and helping us perfect the human<>AI interaction design of our products to create a world-class experience for our users.

You’ll work directly with the founder as the right-hand man for product design.

Requirements:

• Previously designed & managed a high-growth product with product market fit
• Proven 0 to 1 product design experience
• Proven experience building complex design systems
• Strong in classic design fundamentals; typography, hierarchy, color, etc
• Strong data-driven approach to measure UX success
• Expert in UX/UI design & UX/UI component animations / motion

Not required, but a strong bonus:

• You can design your ideas in code
• You are strong in general motion design (after effects, framer, blender, etc)
• Past experience working on AI products, and Human<>AI interaction design
