To accomplish this mission, we’ve built a simple set of tools that allows fintech projects to materialize their visions. (1) Our instant Fiat-to-Crypto Checkout gateway is now being used by hundreds of applications (ie. MetaMask, Opera, BRD) to offer the best way to convert card payments into crypto, and (2) our flexible APIs (Transfers API, Custody API, Users API), allow projects to build e-wallets, merchant processing services, and money transfer platforms from the ground up.

We focus on compliance, licensing, regulatory, liquidity, and payment processing aspects so our partners can do what they do best, creating amazing tools on the blockchain.

Wyre is actively looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Customer Success Manager to nurture and maintain long-term relationships with our merchants and partners. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing FinTech company at a turning point of its global expansion. You will be the strategic payments business advisor and main commercial point of contact for our existing US merchant base. You will act as the voice of our product and ambassador of our brand, delivering expertise, education, and guidance to our merchants. The key for success will be the ability to utilize your payments and business knowledge along with the required gravitas to effectively communicate and influence at all levels, achieving effective long-term payments strategies that meet the needs of both our merchants and Wyre.

This position reports up to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple clients during multiple stages of their product journey including rolling out new features, enhancements, integrations, and from ramping to full adoption.
  • Ensure a high level of customer success through relationship management, product implementation & training
  • Ability to work with a moderately technical and complex product that requires extreme attention to detail
  • Function as a communication channel between customers and the Wyre Engineering and Product team by providing useful, actionable, and detailed product feedback in an organized way
  • Develop and document scalable customer success practices and processes
  • Help to generate new sales opportunities by driving referrals from happy customers

Requirements

  • Strong interest in CeFi/DeFi/Crypto <3
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a B2B Enterprise Account Management, Relationship Management or Customer Success role in the Global Payments industry working for a provider or merchant.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills Customer-oriented and able to establish robust relationships with the customer base
  • Dynamic approach and adaptable to changing requirements with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently
  • Exceptional communication skills and negotiation techniques
  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Empathetic and understanding, go above and beyond to solve customer problems
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new tools and platforms
  • Experience in startup experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work in the US
