Role Description

The Customer Success Associate position will be responsible for onboarding and supporting nonprofits/charities that are working with The Giving Block. You will be responsible for supporting the client through their journey with The Giving Block, helping them open and manage their accounts and providing their team with support and resources along the way.

General Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding process and pipeline
• Answer client questions
• Troubleshoot client account issues
• Create resources for onboarding process
• Create resources for account management
• Create resources for product/service updates
• Tailoring support and communication to clients to help them achieve their ongoing goals after they are fully onboarded

Required Skills / Experience:

• Extensive customer service and/or helpdesk experience
• Experience managing relationships with clients, preferably nonprofits
• Experience managing a pipeline of customers, preferably nonprofits
• Demonstrate strong organizational, communication and people skills along with the ability to prioritize under pressure
• Passion for the cryptocurrency industry and/or nonprofit industry
• Self-motivated and enjoys working in a startup environment
• Optional: Experience with HubSpot Service Hub
