We are urgently looking for an experienced QA tester and customer support specialist. You will be involved in molding our current product and influencing the addition of new products and features.

Though our product is meant to be used broadly, many of our customers and merchants come from the adult industry.

We strive to create a positive and safe environment.


This role is remote. Our team often works asynchronously, allowing individuals to manage their day with their team.

This interdisciplinary position will start out part time 20-30 hours per week, but may ramp up quickly to a full-time role. For a driven individual, this role is expected to be the starting point for a much bigger role.

There may also be opportunities to travel with our team. We periodically have team gatherings and attend industry events. We work without boundaries but expect you to be available during US mountain time. Due to the uncertain nature of technology, some weekend and holiday work may be required.

The role

You have a passion for ensuring the highest quality user experience. You will challenge our team to rethink our approach and ensure we deliver an excellent product. Your critical assessments will shape how our users experience crypto. Our goal is to shield the customer experience from technical challenges. You will create documentation and test plans to evaluate the function and caliber of our products. You will be responsible for our understanding of how customers experience our content and detect flaws so we can shield them from the customer experience.

As the person who best understands our product from the user side, you will also manage support, handling our general product status updates and responding to tickets and coordinating with our developers to ensure customers understand they are our number one priority.

Through iteration and fast cycles, we hope to stay current with our customer needs and refine our product. You will help us hone the quality workflow so we can streamline the build process and increasingly deliver better technology. By establishing a set of values, practices and behaviors, you will help inform our development and user experience.
