Phytabase recently incubated and launched XFai. XFai develops tooling for the DeFi space.

Phytabase is looking for community managers to join one of its current incubation projects, Nekla. Nekla is being led by ex-architects from Microsoft and Google.

The incubation project is driven by an emerging unicorn in the traditional world, with more than tens of millions of users. Set to launch in a few weeks, the responsibility of the community managers is to foster the growth of the community and answer any questions that may be relevant.

Further Responsibilities are:

• Protect the community from spam, misinformation, and irrelevant posts
• Answer any questions and settle possible disputes
• Always reflect complete professionalism, and maintain a positive attitude
• Distribute relevant news to the community, and positively affect the audience

Requirements are:

• Excellent written English skills. A secondary language is a plus
• Reliable, and self-driven
• Brief understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
• Any previous experience in community management is a huge plus

Compensation Package:

• Base salary + Occasional bonus
• Team allocation opportunities
