Founded in 2021, Only1 is the first NFT-powered social media built on Solana - the most scalable blockchain to date. Social media users want to feel more connected with creators on platforms. And in conventional social media, creators have to go through middle-man to sell merchandise, paid advertisements, shout-outs, or any form of partnerships. Our innovation through NFT aims to cut out the need for these middle-man, and we do this through two novel NFT applications - Genesis-NFT & Content-NFT farming.

About The Role

• Community Engagement and moderation across different channels in Telegram, Discord, Reddit and other groups requested by the Company
• Work with Marketing team to ideate and execute promotional strategies involving social media and community channels to drive user acquisition and community engagement
• Plan, execute, monitor and report on online/community campaigns and events
• Curate messages/announcements to community members, address enquiries and escalate support requests to appropriate team members effectively and efficiently
• Manage and brief community admins/moderators
• Collect community feedback and improvements proposals

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or equivalent

• Deep understanding of social media tools including but not limited to Telegram, Discord and Reddit

• Good understanding of blockchain, crypto culture, crypto consumers and how to engage & motivate them

• Experience in community growing/management preferred

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in an agile, energetic startup environment

• Location: Remote/HKG

• Employment: Full Time
