Where you will fit in:

As an experienced crypto, post-blockchain dWeb Community Moderator you will help us moderate and grow our online communities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for the distributed tech industry and will have excellent communication skills.

You will work in our Telegram and Reddit channels and provide cross coverage at times in other forums and support spaces. This role is a critical collaboration with our service delivery and marketing as well as our developer and ecosystem growth functions, but it is focused on building a healthy and positive community with our global stakeholders who come to know us first through our token.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive positive experience through expert moderation and engagement on Telegram, Reddit, forums and other social channels
• Foster peer-to-peer engagement, while providing quality responses
• Provide technical expertise in a way that is comprehensive yet easy to understand
• Support incoming people to land in the most appropriate channels and communities within our ecosystem
• Communicate & support brand ambassadors and influencers
• Perform social media listening & sentiment analysis

Typical Tasks:

• Collaborate to create and review content with other team members
• Post content on various channels
• Perform social media listening & sentiment analysis
• Respond to questions and encourage dialogue

Needed Skills:

• Native English speaker
• Technical knowledge (especially of distributed systems)
• Must be able to write clearly and concisely
• Ability to receive and respond to criticism, complaints and upset with composure and hospitality
• Ability to recognise framing and interpretation and redirect conversations into new frames

Desired Capacities:

• 2+ years of experience in moderating communities in the dWeb, gaming, blockchain, crypto or DeFi spaces
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing situations
• Able to deliver based on short deadlines and multitask
• Expect this role to grow and adapt as the project grows
• Humor, fun and creativity
